By registering and using Pulzo, you accept these terms and conditions, our privacy policy, and any additional policies published on the platform.

2. Service description

Pulzo is a SaaS social commerce platform that allows sellers to automate customer service and sales through WhatsApp and Instagram using an AI-powered bot. The service includes product catalog management, payment processing via MercadoPago, and a management dashboard.

3. Registration and account

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for the security of your login credentials
• One account per person or business
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service

4. Acceptable use

By using Pulzo you agree to:

• Not send spam or unsolicited messages
• Not publish illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Not resell the service without authorization
• Not attempt to access other users' data
• Comply with Meta's policies for WhatsApp and Instagram

5. Third-party integrations

Pulzo integrates with third-party services that have their own terms and conditions. By using these integrations, you also accept their terms:

• Meta (Instagram/WhatsApp): subject to Meta's platform policies
• MercadoPago: subject to MercadoPago's terms of service
• OpenAI and Google Gemini: messages are processed according to their respective usage policies

6. Payments and subscriptions

• Plans and pricing are published on the pricing page
• Billing is monthly
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds for partial periods

7. Intellectual property

• Content you upload (products, images, text) is your property
• The Pulzo platform, its code, design, and brand are property of Pulzo
• You grant us a limited license to display your content within the service

8. AI Bot

• The AI bot does not guarantee perfect responses in all situations
• The seller is responsible for monitoring the bot's conversations
• Pulzo is not responsible for lost sales or misunderstandings caused by bot responses
• The bot can escalate conversations to a human when it detects complex situations

9. Limitation of liability

• Pulzo is not responsible for lost sales due to service interruptions
• We are not responsible for errors in AI-generated responses
• We are not responsible for issues with payments processed by MercadoPago
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months

10. Termination

Pulzo may suspend or cancel your account if:

• You violate these terms and conditions
• You use the service for illegal activities
• You fail to pay your subscription after grace periods
• Your usage negatively affects the service or other users

11. Modifications

Pulzo may update these terms with 30 days prior notice. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Pulzo operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of said jurisdiction.
